From the friendly reception onwards all went smoothly. Everything needed for an enjoyable stay was readily at hand and a very short walk to Kings Road gave access to the best of the London Transport system. We had absolutely nothing to complain about or to mar the enjoyment of our stay. We also found ourselves in easy walking distance of the river and every amenity.

Maxime and Fanny were excellent hosts and we would recommend this apartment for short or long stays. We booked several months in advance, and the apartment we had selected became unavailable a few weeks before our stay. They were proactive and worked with us to find a suitable replacement in a similar area. The apartment itself was modern, clean and quiet. The kitchen, bathrooms and appliances felt brand new. Both bedrooms have en-suites, which is excellent. The washer works very well. The location was good – it’s a 10-12 minute walk from the nearest tube, but the buses can drop you off just one block away. It’s a 5-7 minute walk to King’s Road, where you can find plenty of interesting restaurants and shops. We required an extra bed for three of our five nights – Maxime and Fanny went out and bought us a brand new blow-up mattress with pump and nice linens, then delivered them to our door. Great service. The only downsides – it was boiling hot when we arrived, so make sure you adjust the radiators quickly. The mattress in the larger of the bedrooms isn’t the most comfortable, but it’s certainly passable. Everything else was great. Highly recommended.

Great experience – highly recommended! Fantastic apartment in lovely Bayswater area, close to beautiful Hyde Park, 25 min walk to Oxford Circus, and generally very convenient and safe neighborhood. The flat itself is very modern and new, quite warm and sunny with big windows (critical in London) and equipped with everything (fast wifi, washer/dryer, dishwasher) which made it all so easy for my nearly 1 month stay. Would definitely stay again. Maxime was very responsive and helpful via email and phone, my check in/check out was very easy. Looking forward to coming back some time soon!

Max was a great host and everything worked very smoothly. The apartment is great, well equipped with nice furniture and flooring. The position is great with fast access into central London on the jubilee line. The apartment is part of a converted church in a great part of Abbey Road. I will for sure stay again. Thanks.

Thanks for a great, easy, 10-day stay! The flat was clean, spacious, charming. Keys were dropped off and picked up promptly, it was really easy to get hold of Max and Fanny before and during the stay. Will certainly be remembering this place for future London visitors! Much better than a hotel for the value. The shower didn’t get very warm despite fiddling around with the taps – if there’s a trick, a note explaining how it works would be helpful. Otherwise all great. Thanks!

The 2BR Apartment was great ! It was beautiful and very clean, just as described. All amenities were adequately stocked and we had no problem during the stay. The location was perfect, close to Harrods and Sloane Street within few walking minutes. Maxime was there to welcome us and gave a tour of the place. He was always available to answer any questions. Overall 5-Star rating.

We had a very nice stay at Fanny and Maxime’s place. Everything was exactly like it was described, very comfortable, clean and cosy. The check in and check out were so easy and flexible! And Fanny and Maxime are very pleasant hosts that I highly recommend. If I come back to London, it’d be definitely with them again!

Maxime and Fanny were really great hosts and very kind and responsive at all times. The appartment is in a fantastic location, situated right across from the famous pedestrian crossing of the Beattles and their album “Abbey Road”. It is very well equipped with everything one could need in terms of kitchen material, towles, sheets, etc. And, everything was nicely clean and well organized upon arrival.

We spent a wonderful week in Onslow Gardens. It was comfortable even with the whole family (Joanna, me and 2 small children). Our hosts did everything to please us. The neighborhood, the apartment, and the pub next door : it was perfect. Thank you for everything, we’ll be back!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this gorgeous apt and had a lovely time. Fg Poperty are incredibly attentive and helped us figure out where to go in London and gave us great recommendations. It’s so much better than a hotel. You have a full kitchen, comfy couch with tons of channels to stay in and watch a movie and plenty of room to entertain should you care to. The bed was large and comfy and the bedroom has wonderful light come in the mornings. The neighborhood is residential, but with really cute restaurants and places to exchange money open late which was really helpful for us. The Paddington tube is about a ten minute walk. All in all, I would highly recommend not only the apt, but using a company like FG to help you along the way. They can send a cleaner, a chef, even a manicurist while youre there. You get the privacy of your own apt with the ammenities of a hotel.

Maxime and Fanny has a good apartment location in London. The area is safe, clean and in a convenient location close to shops and public transportation. Its definitely a recommended!

My wife, two young children and myself had an excellent two week stay at this apartment. The location was fantastic: steps from the Latin Quarter side streets, only a few blocks from Notre Dame and right across the street from Cluny Museum (Musée National du Moyen Age). Being on Boulevard Saint Germain, every amenity was within a short walk, including an wonderful weekend farmers market with all the fresh fish, meat, cheese and vegetables you would need. As for the apartment, it was large and spacious with a semi-open concept that had a “lived in” ambience. The comfortable living room, with a wall full of books on one side and wall full of windows on the other was a great place to relax at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, along with a large dinner table. There are two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double / queen sized bed. Each bedroom had an ensuite, one with a shower and the other had a full sized bath. The WC was a separate single room by the entrance to the apartment. Overall, we had a great stay here and we would recommend it to anyone who wants or needs a little bit more space than the typical “sleeps 4/5” apartment. Having two small children for an extended stay – it saved our sanity!

Amazinggg place, great location. the flat was very clean and tidy pretty big for Uk standarts. Rooms are very large. Long story short if you want to stay in the flat dont think too much just book it.

This apartment is in a great location, being only 5-10 mins walk to South Kensington tube station with access to the Piccadilly and District/Circle lines. It has all the amenities required and Maxime was just a phone call away for any queries.

My girlfriend and I were thrilled with how great the apartment was, just like the photographs indicated. It turned out to be the correct decision not to book a hotel room. The hotel rooms are often ridiculously small. This apartment had plenty of space. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment to cook a meal in. The location was excellent, in St. John’s Wood, which is a very nice, quiet, affluent area outside of the city. It was only 4 blocks to the underground, which made traveling to downtown London very easy. The host was very reliable. He dropped off the key right when he said he would. We ate at several nearby restaurants. The best was The Duke Of York on St. John’s Wood High Street. The second best was Fora on Circus Road. We did not like Richoux, Cafe Rouge or Tino’s.
